账号与数据删除说明 Account and Data Deletion Guide

你可以在已登录状态下直接在应用内发起账号删除。 本页面说明推荐操作路径、删除后的即时影响、可能保留的记录类型,以及为什么删除账号不会自动取消 App Store 或 Google Play 订阅。 You can start account deletion directly inside the app while logged in. This page explains the recommended path, the immediate effects after deletion, the categories of records that may still be retained, and why deleting your account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

重要提醒: 删除账号后,你将立即失去对该账号下会话记录、会员状态、蓝星币能力和相关功能的访问。 该操作通常不可撤销;如你再次用同一邮箱、Apple 或 Google 登录,系统通常会创建新账号。 Important reminder: After deletion, you immediately lose access to session records, membership status, Blue Star functions, and related features under that account. The action is generally irreversible. If you later sign in with the same email, Apple, or Google account, the system will usually create a new account.

删除路径 Deletion Path

当前支持应用内自助删号;如果无法登录或遇到异常,可通过支持邮箱申请协助处理。 The current version supports in-app self-service deletion; if you cannot sign in or encounter issues, you can request help by email.

删除后状态 After Deletion

账号停用后将失去会员状态、蓝星币能力、会话记录和相关功能访问,旧账号通常不会恢复。 After the account is deactivated, membership status, Blue Star functions, conversation history, and related access are lost, and the old account is usually not restored.

订阅与余额 Memberships and Balance

删号不会自动取消应用商店订阅;如对蓝星币余额或会话结算有疑问,需单独联系支持确认。 Deleting the account does not cancel store-managed subscriptions; contact support separately if you have questions about Blue Star balance or session settlement.

1. 如何删除账号 1. How to delete your account

如果你仍可正常登录,推荐使用应用内自助删除流程: If you can still sign in normally, we recommend using the in-app self-service deletion flow:

  1. 登录 Lingo Bear。 Sign in to Lingo Bear.
  2. 进入“个人资料 / 编辑资料”页面。 Open the "Profile / Edit Profile" page.
  3. 点击“删除账号 / 永久删除账号”。 Tap "Delete Account / Permanently Delete Account."
  4. 确认风险提示后删除账号。 Confirm the risk warning and delete the account.

如果你无法登录原账号,或在删除过程中遇到问题,可发送邮件至 support@lingo-bear.com, 并尽量提供注册邮箱、常用登录方式(邮箱 / Apple / Google)及问题描述,以便我们核验身份并协助处理。 If you cannot sign in to the original account, or if you encounter issues during deletion, email support@lingo-bear.com and provide your registered email, usual sign-in method (email / Apple / Google), and a description of the issue so we can verify your identity and assist.

2. 删除确认后会发生什么 2. What happens after deletion is confirmed

  • 当前账号会被停用,你的登录会话会失效。 Your current account will be deactivated and your login sessions will become invalid.
  • 账号身份信息、用户资料、偏好设置和已接入删除流程的部分使用记录会被删除或匿名化处理。 Account identity data, profile information, preference settings, and some usage records already integrated into the deletion flow will be deleted or anonymized.
  • 蓝星币或相关钱包账户会停用,相关会话结算与安全状态会终止。 Blue Star or related wallet accounts will be deactivated, and related session settlement and security states will end.
  • 该账号下的会员或权益访问将结束,但原购买平台的自动续费设置不会被自动取消。 Membership access and entitlements under that account will end, but auto-renewal settings on the original store will not be canceled automatically.
  • 如你以后重新使用相同的邮箱、Apple 或 Google 登录,通常会生成新账号,旧数据不保证可恢复。 If you sign in again later with the same email, Apple, or Google account, a new account will usually be created and prior data is not guaranteed to be recoverable.

3. 通常会删除或去标识化的内容 3. Content typically deleted or anonymized

根据当前删除流程,系统会优先处理以下与账号直接关联的内容: Under the current deletion flow, the system prioritizes the following content that is directly tied to the account:

  • 登录身份与会话信息,例如邮箱身份记录、第三方登录绑定、活动会话与验证码记录。 Login identity and session information, such as email identity records, third-party sign-in bindings, active sessions, and verification-code records.
  • 账号资料与偏好,例如昵称、头像、手机号、偏好设置和用户资料表中的字段。 Account profile and preferences, such as nickname, avatar, phone number, preference settings, and fields stored in the user-profile record.
  • 部分与账户服务直接关联的个人使用数据,例如会话记录、词汇或关键词记录。 Some personal usage data directly associated with account services, such as session records, vocabulary entries, or keyword records.
  • 主用户记录中的直接识别信息会被清空,并改为匿名化状态保存必要审计痕迹。 Direct identifiers in the main user record are cleared, while the record is retained in anonymized form to preserve necessary audit traces.

4. 可能继续保留的内容 4. Content that may still be retained

出于合规、安全、财务或系统结构原因,以下类别的信息可能在删除后继续保留一段时间, 或以匿名化、去关联方式保存: For compliance, security, financial, or system-architecture reasons, the following categories of information may continue to be retained for some time after deletion, or may be stored in anonymized or de-associated form:

匿名化主记录与邮箱哈希 Anonymized primary records and email hashes 用于审计、风控、删除状态一致性和防止账号冲突。 Used for auditing, risk control, deletion-state consistency, and preventing account conflicts.
订单、收据、交易、订阅校验记录 Order, receipt, transaction, and subscription-verification records 用于财务、对账、退款争议、应用商店合规和防欺诈。 Used for finance, reconciliation, refund disputes, app-store compliance, and fraud prevention.
安全日志、请求日志和必要审计记录 Security logs, request logs, and necessary audit records 用于安全分析、问题排查、法律合规和服务稳定性。 Used for security analysis, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and service stability.
独立存储中的部分内容或媒体工件 Some content or media artifacts in independent storage 某些媒体文件、缓存、备份或跨系统内容可能按清理周期移除,而非在确认瞬间从所有存储中立即消失。 Some media files, caches, backups, or cross-system content may be removed on a cleanup cycle rather than disappearing from every storage system immediately at confirmation.

5. 订阅与删除账号的关系 5. Relationship between subscriptions and account deletion

删除账号不会自动取消通过 App Store 或 Google Play 管理的自动续费订阅。 如果你希望停止后续扣费,必须前往原购买渠道自行取消: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel auto-renewing subscriptions managed by the App Store or Google Play. If you want to stop future charges, you must cancel the subscription yourself on the original purchase platform:

  • iOS:前往“设置 → Apple ID → 订阅”。 iOS: go to "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions."
  • Android:前往“Google Play → Payments & subscriptions”。 Android: go to "Google Play → Payments & subscriptions."

如果你仅删除账号而未取消商店订阅,商店侧可能仍按其规则继续续费,直到你在原平台完成取消。 If you delete the account but do not cancel the store subscription, the store may continue renewing it under its own rules until you cancel on the original platform.

6. 处理时点 6. Processing timeline

按当前实现,账号访问和核心身份删除会在你确认后立即生效。 但对于需要保留的审计记录、备份数据、独立存储内容或跨系统工件, 清理、去关联或覆盖可能延后到相应保留或清理周期完成时。 Under the current implementation, account access termination and core identity deletion take effect immediately after confirmation. However, cleanup, de-association, or overwriting for retained audit records, backup data, independently stored content, or cross-system artifacts may occur later when the relevant retention or cleanup cycle completes.
