本政策说明 Lingo Bear 在账号注册、AI 对话、订阅购买、蓝星币结算、 推送通知和客户支持过程中如何收集、使用、共享、保存和删除与你有关的信息。 This Policy explains how Lingo Bear collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information about you during account registration, AI conversations, subscription purchases, Blue Star billing, push notifications, and customer-support interactions.

  • 提供账号登录、资料管理、AI 互动、通知和客户支持功能。 To provide account login, profile management, AI interactions, notifications, and customer support.
  • 验证订阅、充值、恢复购买、蓝星币消费、会话计费和权益同步。 To verify subscriptions, recharge, restore purchases, Blue Star spending, session billing, and entitlement synchronization.
  • 保护服务安全,防止欺诈、滥用、未授权访问和支付异常。 To protect service security and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and payment anomalies.
  • 发送登录验证码、密码重置邮件、服务通知和必要的运营提醒。 To send login codes, password-reset emails, service notices, and necessary operational reminders.
  • 进行错误排查、日志审计、缓存控制、限流、性能监控和服务优化。 To troubleshoot errors, audit logs, manage caching, rate limiting, performance monitoring, and service optimization.
  • 履行法律、监管、税务、财务、应用商店及合规义务。 To meet legal, regulatory, tax, financial, app-store, and compliance obligations.

在适用法律要求的范围内,我们可能基于履行合同、你的同意、合法权益或法定义务处理你的信息。 Where required by applicable law, we may process your information on the basis of contract performance, your consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.

4. 我们如何共享信息 4. How we share information

我们不会出售你的个人信息。我们仅会在提供服务或履行合规义务所必需的范围内共享信息, 例如与以下类别的服务提供商或合作方共享: We do not sell your personal information. We share information only to the extent necessary to provide the service or satisfy compliance obligations, including with the following categories of service providers or partners:

  • 在你明确授权、法律要求、监管调查、企业交易或权利保护场景下的必要接收方。 Necessary recipients where you authorize us, or where required by law, regulatory inquiry, corporate transactions, or rights protection.

某些媒体文件或内容资产可能会被存储在独立的云存储或文件服务中。 我们会要求这些服务提供商按照合同、平台规则或适用法律保护数据安全。 Some media files or content assets may be stored in separate cloud-storage or file-service systems. We require those providers to protect data security under contracts, platform rules, or applicable law.

5. 儿童与家庭场景 5. Children and family use

Lingo Bear 的产品设计面向儿童和家庭使用场景。我们会尽量仅处理提供服务所需的信息, 并要求未成年人在监护人同意和监督下使用本服务。 Lingo Bear is designed for children and family use. We seek to process only the information needed to provide the service and require minors to use the service with guardian consent and supervision.

如果你是监护人,并认为孩子向我们提供了不应提供的信息, 或希望行使删除、访问或更正请求,请通过本页面底部的联系方式与我们联系。 If you are a guardian and believe a child provided information that should not have been provided, or if you wish to request deletion, access, or correction, please contact us using the details at the end of this page.

6. 国际传输 6. International transfers

由于我们会使用国际化的云基础设施、应用商店、AI 服务和通知服务, 你的信息可能会在你所在国家或地区之外被处理或存储。 我们会在合理范围内采取合同、访问控制和安全措施来保护这些传输。 Because we use global cloud infrastructure, app stores, AI services, and notification services, your information may be processed or stored outside your country or region. We use reasonable contractual, access-control, and security measures to protect those transfers.

7. 数据保留与删除 7. Data retention and deletion

我们会在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保留信息,并根据法律、税务、财务、争议处理、 安全审计、应用商店规则和反欺诈需要决定保留期限。 We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, taking into account legal, tax, financial, dispute-resolution, security-audit, app-store, and anti-fraud requirements.

  • 账号活跃期间,我们会保留提供服务所需的账号、交互和权益数据。 While your account is active, we retain the account, interaction, and entitlement data needed to provide the service.
  • 删除账号后,我们会删除或匿名化已接入删除流程的核心账号信息,例如登录身份、资料、会话、偏好及部分交互记录。 After account deletion, we delete or anonymize core account information already integrated into the deletion flow, such as login identities, profile data, sessions, preferences, and some interaction records.
  • 部分交易、收据、安全日志、审计记录或匿名化主记录可能因合规原因继续保留。 Some transactions, receipts, security logs, audit records, or anonymized primary records may be retained for compliance reasons.
  • 某些独立存储中的媒体文件、缓存、备份或跨系统内容工件,可能不会在确认瞬间从所有存储中立即消失,而会按清理或保留周期移除、去关联或覆盖。 Some media files, caches, backups, or cross-system content artifacts stored independently may not disappear from every storage location immediately upon confirmation, but will instead be removed, de-associated, or overwritten according to cleanup or retention cycles.

8. 我们如何保护信息 8. How we protect information

我们采用身份验证、访问控制、权限隔离、加密传输、速率限制、日志审计和合理的技术组织措施, 来降低数据泄露、滥用和未授权访问的风险。 We use authentication, access controls, permission isolation, encrypted transmission, rate limiting, log auditing, and reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce the risk of data leakage, abuse, and unauthorized access.

尽管如此,没有任何系统能够保证绝对安全。你也应妥善保护自己的设备、登录邮箱、第三方账号和验证码。 Even so, no system can guarantee absolute security. You should also protect your device, email account, third-party account, and verification codes.

9. 你的权利与选择 9. Your rights and choices

根据适用法律和产品能力,你可以: Depending on applicable law and product capabilities, you may:

  • 在应用内查看和更新部分账号资料、偏好与设置。 View and update some account profile fields, preferences, and settings in the app.
  • 通过应用内入口删除账号,或在无法登录时通过邮件请求协助。 Delete your account through the in-app flow, or request assistance by email if you cannot sign in.
  • 在设备系统中关闭通知权限,或停止使用相关功能。 Disable notification permissions in your device settings or stop using related features.
  • 在原购买平台管理或取消自动续费订阅。 Manage or cancel auto-renewing subscriptions on the original purchase platform.
  • 通过联系我们提出访问、更正、删除或限制处理请求。 Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing where applicable.

10. 政策更新 10. Policy updates

我们可能根据法律、监管、产品功能或服务模式变化更新本政策。 更新后的版本会发布在本页面,并以页面标注的日期为准生效。 We may update this Policy in response to legal, regulatory, product-feature, or service-model changes. The updated version will be posted on this page and will take effect on the date shown here.
