家长核验与产品授权

绘本世界、AI 词典、对话世界共用 LingoBear 的 KWS 成年核验服务，但各产品分别说明用途、取得同意并保存授权记录。一个产品的授权不会自动授权另一个产品。

AI Storybooks, AI Dictionary and Talk World share LingoBear’s KWS adult-verification service. Each product separately explains its processing, obtains consent and maintains permission records. Permission for one product does not authorize another.

1. 什么时候需要核验？ / When is verification needed?

仅在学习者的年龄、常住地区及所使用功能需要监护授权时，要求家长或监护人明确同意并完成成年核验。其他适用用户可自行同意，不会被一律要求 KWS 核验。各 App 的无需登录示例不要求核验。请如实选择实际学习者的年龄和地区，不要以付款或勾选协议代替所需的监护授权。

Verification is required only where the learner’s age, residence and requested functionality require guardian permission. Other eligible users may consent for themselves. Sign-in-free examples do not require verification. Select the actual learner’s age and residence accurately; payment or a checkbox cannot replace required guardian verification.

2. 各产品分别授权什么？ / What does each product authorize?

3. KWS 会收到什么？ / What does KWS receive?

家长先在对应产品明确同意所说明的处理，再填写邮箱。我们通过统一服务向 Kids Web Services（KWS）提供家长邮箱、学习者所在国家／地区、验证语言及随机请求引用；引用带产品标识，不包含孩子姓名、生日、学习内容或账号密码。KWS 发出核验邮件并按地区提供可用方式。

The parent first agrees to the processing explained by the relevant product and supplies an email address. Our shared service sends Kids Web Services (KWS) the parent email, learner’s country or region, verification language and a random request reference with a product identifier. The reference contains no child name, birth date, learning content or account password. KWS emails the verification link and offers available methods by region.

KWS 核验成年身份，不替我们取得产品处理同意，也不自动证明亲子关系。核验服务可能按所选方式直接收集证件、面部或支付卡资料；我们不会收到这些资料。卡片核验可能有可退还的小额扣款或临时预授权，以核验页面说明为准；这不是购买 LingoBear 订阅。

KWS verifies adulthood; it does not obtain product-processing consent for us or independently establish a parent-child relationship. Depending on the method, the verification provider may collect identification, facial or payment-card information directly. We do not receive it. Card verification may involve a refundable small charge or temporary authorization as explained by the provider; it is not a LingoBear subscription purchase.

4. 结果如何返回？ / How does the result return?

核验结果通过签名回调返回统一服务，并仅匹配发起请求的产品和随机引用。回到原 App 后会刷新状态。核验失败、过期或未完成时，不开启受保护的云端功能。对话世界现有授权和返回流程继续保留。

A signed callback delivers the result to the shared service, which matches only the originating product and request reference. Return to the original app to refresh its status. Failed, expired or incomplete requests do not unlock protected cloud features. Existing Talk World permissions and return flows remain intact.

5. 保存、撤回与删除 / Retention, withdrawal and deletion

我们不在核验数据库保存家长邮箱明文。待核验请求可保存与随机引用绑定的邮箱哈希，用于匹配回调，核验通过后清除。共享服务请求在 7 天后到期清理；产品内未绑定账号的申请也在 7 天后清理。产品分别保留同意版本、时间、范围和最小核验证据。KWS 自身的数据及可复用成年验证状态按其政策管理。

Our verification databases do not store the parent email in plain text. Pending requests may keep a hash tied to the random reference to match callbacks; it is cleared on verification. Shared-service requests and unbound product requests expire and are cleaned up after seven days. Products separately retain consent versions, times, scopes and minimum verification evidence. KWS manages its own data and reusable adult-verification state under its policy.

可在原产品的授权／隐私设置撤回后续云端处理。撤回一个产品不自动撤回其它产品，也不等同于删除已有内容。已开始的生成任务可能完成；可通过账号删除或联系支持请求清理。账号删除会清除该产品的授权关联记录，依法必须保留的交易资料按各产品政策处理。对话世界的家长确认码设置保持原有规则；绘本和词典不要求设置未用于功能保护的额外 PIN。

Withdraw future cloud processing in the originating product’s permission or privacy settings. Withdrawal does not automatically affect other products or delete existing content. Generation already in progress may complete; use account deletion or contact support for cleanup. Account deletion clears that product’s linked permission records; legally required transaction records follow its policy. Talk World’s parent-code controls remain unchanged; Storybooks and Dictionary do not request an extra PIN without a corresponding protective function.
