本政策说明 Lingo Bear AI 字典在账号登录、文本与图片搜索、语音转文本输入、 搜索历史、本地设备存储、会员订阅、购买恢复和客户支持过程中, 如何收集、使用、共享、保存和删除与你有关的信息。 This Policy explains how the Lingo Bear AI dictionary collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information about you during account sign-in, text and image lookup, voice-to-text input, search history, local device storage, memberships, restore purchases, and customer support.

覆盖邮箱登录、拍照搜索、语音查询、文字输入、最近搜索、本地缓存和订阅恢复。 Covers email sign-in, photo search, voice lookup, text input, recent searches, local cache, and membership restoration.

  • 你直接向我们提供,例如注册、登录、输入查询、上传图片、联系客服或申请删号时。 Directly from you, for example when you register, sign in, enter a query, upload an image, contact support, or request deletion.
  • 通过你的设备与应用自动生成,例如会话状态、错误日志、设备信息、搜索历史和分析事件。 Automatically through your device and the app, such as session status, error logs, device information, search history, and analytics events.
  • 通过第三方平台或服务提供商,例如 Apple、Google、应用商店、购买验证与云基础设施服务。 From third-party platforms or providers, such as Apple, Google, app stores, purchase-verification channels, and cloud infrastructure services.

4. 我们如何使用这些信息 4. How we use this information

  • 提供账号登录、权限校验、搜索输入处理、AI 结果生成、历史记录查看与客户支持。 To provide account sign-in, entitlement checks, search-input processing, AI result generation, history viewing, and customer support.
  • 验证订阅、恢复购买、同步会员权益、处理退款争议和打击欺诈。 To verify subscriptions, restore purchases, sync membership entitlements, handle refund disputes, and combat fraud.
  • 维护服务安全、进行内容安全过滤、排查错误、记录审计日志并优化产品体验。 To maintain service security, perform content-safety filtering, troubleshoot errors, keep audit logs, and improve the product experience.
  • 履行法律、监管、税务、财务、应用商店和合规义务。 To meet legal, regulatory, tax, financial, app-store, and compliance obligations.

5. 我们如何共享信息 5. How we share information

我们不会出售你的个人信息。我们仅会在提供服务、履行合同或满足合规义务所必需的范围内共享信息, 例如与以下类别的接收方共享: We do not sell your personal information. We share information only to the extent necessary to provide the service, perform our contract, or satisfy compliance obligations, including with the following categories of recipients:

  • AI 与基础设施服务提供商,用于处理字典搜索、图片输入或相关计算。 AI and infrastructure providers used to process dictionary searches, image input, or related computation.
  • 应用商店、支付与购买验证渠道,例如 Apple App Store、Google Play 及其相关服务。 App-store, payment, and purchase-verification channels, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, and related services.
  • 登录身份提供商,例如 Apple 或 Google。 Identity providers, such as Apple or Google.
  • 日志、分析、通知、存储、邮件、监控和安全服务提供商。 Logging, analytics, notification, storage, email, monitoring, and security providers.
  • 在你授权、法律要求、监管调查、权利保护或企业交易中需要披露的接收方。 Recipients where disclosure is required by your authorization, law, regulatory inquiry, rights protection, or a corporate transaction.

6. 权限、本地存储与设备处理 6. Permissions, local storage, and device-side processing

  • 相机和相册权限用于拍照或选择图片进行搜索。图片在上传前可能会在设备本地缩放、压缩或转换格式。 Camera and photo-library permissions are used when you capture or choose an image for search. Images may be resized, compressed, or converted on the device before upload.
  • 麦克风权限用于语音输入。语音识别可能由你的设备操作系统或其语音服务提供商完成,识别得到的文本可作为查询内容。 Microphone access is used for voice input. Speech recognition may be provided by your device operating system or its speech-service provider, and the recognized text may be used as the query content.
  • 最近搜索记录与部分图片副本会保存在设备本地,便于再次点击查看。这些本地记录不会因为服务端账号删除而自动全部清除。 Recent search history and some image copies are stored locally on the device so you can tap to review them later. These local records are not automatically fully erased simply because the server-side account is deleted.

7. 保留、删除与匿名化 7. Retention, deletion, and anonymization

我们只在实现上述目的所需的期限内保留信息,或在法律、财务、税务、安全、审计、 应用商店和争议处理要求的范围内保留更长时间。 We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or for a longer period where required for legal, financial, tax, security, audit, app-store, or dispute-handling reasons.

当你发起账号删除后,当前实现会删除或去关联登录绑定、会话、用户资料及部分与账号直接关联的学习数据, 并将主用户记录转为匿名化状态。某些必要记录,如订单、收据、订阅校验、安全日志或匿名化邮箱哈希, 可能仍会保留。 When you delete your account, the current implementation deletes or de-links sign-in bindings, sessions, user profile data, and some account-linked learning data, while converting the main user record into an anonymized state. Certain necessary records, such as orders, receipts, subscription-verification records, security logs, or anonymized email hashes, may still be retained.

设备本地的搜索历史与图片副本需要由你在应用内手动清空, 或通过删除应用的方式移除。 Search history and image copies stored locally on the device must be cleared manually inside the app, or removed by deleting the app.

8. 跨境处理与儿童场景 8. Cross-border processing and child-oriented use

由于我们可能使用不同地区的云基础设施、AI 服务、应用商店或支持服务, 你的信息可能会在你所在司法辖区之外被处理或存储。 我们会根据适用法律、合同安排和合理的安全措施管理这些处理活动。 Because we may use cloud infrastructure, AI services, app stores, or support services located in different regions, your information may be processed or stored outside your jurisdiction. We manage these activities using applicable law, contractual protections, and reasonable security measures.

本服务面向儿童与家庭学习场景设计。监护人可就孩子的账号、资料、删除请求或不当信息提交情况与我们联系。 This service is designed for child and family learning scenarios. Guardians may contact us about a child's account, profile, deletion request, or concerns regarding inappropriate information submitted to us.

9. 你的权利与选择 9. Your rights and choices

  • 你可以在应用内更新昵称、头像等资料,并管理登录与会话状态。 You can update profile details such as nickname and avatar inside the app and manage your sign-in and session state.
  • 你可以在“探索记录”中删除单条或清空全部本地搜索历史。 You can delete individual entries or clear all local search history in "Explorations."
  • 你可以在应用内发起账号删除;自动续费订阅需在原购买平台管理或取消。 You can initiate account deletion inside the app; auto-renewing subscriptions must be managed or canceled on the original purchase platform.
  • 如你希望行使适用法律赋予的访问、更正、删除或其他数据权利,可邮件联系我们。 If you wish to exercise access, correction, deletion, or other data rights available under applicable law, you may contact us by email.

10. 数据安全 10. Data security

我们采取合理的技术和组织措施保护信息安全,例如身份验证、访问控制、日志审计、限流、 事务校验与必要的缓存失效控制。但没有任何系统可以保证绝对安全, 因此你也应保护好自己的设备、邮箱和登录凭据。 We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, such as authentication, access control, audit logging, rate limiting, transaction verification, and necessary cache invalidation. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your own device, email account, and sign-in credentials.

11. 政策更新与联系我们 11. Policy updates and contact

我们可能根据法律、监管、产品或服务变化更新本政策。 更新后的版本将在本页面发布,并以页面列明日期为准生效。 We may update this Policy in response to legal, regulatory, product, or service changes. The updated version will be published on this page and will take effect on the date shown here.
