本产品是面向一般公众的语言学习与信息查询工具，支持文字、图片与语音转文字查询，并把回答连接到汉字、中文词语、英文单词和英文词组学习卡。本中心统一提供当前服务范围、数据处理和交易规则。This is a general-audience language-learning and information-query tool. Search with text, images, or voice-to-text and continue learning through Chinese and English cards. This center is the canonical entry for service scope, data handling, and transaction rules.
一般公众与年龄门槛：卡通熊形象是品牌视觉，不代表本产品专门面向儿童。首次进入时须确认是否已满 14 周岁；未满 14 周岁不会创建账号，也不能使用登录、AI 查询、图片、语音文本提交、会员或支付等需要处理个人信息的服务。General audience and age gate: The illustrated bear is brand artwork and does not make this a child-directed service. First-time users must confirm that they are at least 14. Users under 14 cannot create an account or use sign-in, AI queries, images, submitted voice text, membership, or payment features that require personal-information processing.
独立数据边界：本小程序不与其他小熊启语产品共用账号、会员、订单或支付数据。历史、收藏、AI 结果快照和用户查询图片仅保存在当前设备，不提供跨设备同步。Independent data boundary: This Mini Program does not share accounts, memberships, orders, or payment data with other Lingo Bear products. 北京业务服务Beijing Business Service
微信身份、会话、查询额度、风控，以及购买开放后的订单、支付、退款和权益由北京业务服务权威处理。The Beijing business service authoritatively handles WeChat identity, sessions, quota, abuse controls, and—after purchase is enabled—orders, payments, refunds, and entitlements.
公共内容Public Content
无身份公共词卡由独立公共内容服务提供；Cloudflare 仅分发公开、不可变、无用户标识的卡片图片、音频和视频。An independent service provides identity-free public cards. Cloudflare distributes only public, immutable card images, audio, and video without user identifiers.
B2 首发规则B2 Launch Rule
年龄确认在登录和个人信息处理之前完成。未满 14 周岁用户可查看公开法务信息并由监护人咨询，但不能进入账号或查询服务。Age confirmation occurs before sign-in or personal-information processing. Users under 14 may read public legal information and have a guardian contact us, but cannot access account or query services.
