Does one subscription unlock every product?

Do not infer that from the shared brand. Check the purchases and applicable access for the specific app, web or WeChat product.

Does a 4+ App Store rating mean anyone can sign up independently?

No. Content ratings differ from service eligibility, region rules and parent-permission requirements. Complete the actual flow required before use.
